Highflier

A highflier is a person with an innate drive for success, who sets up some sort of control or checkpoint to measure goals or accomplishments. If the highflier believes that they cannot measure their success, they feel dissatisfied.

​They are often the people that excel in many areas and “hit their target”, but sometimes are too relentless; they forget the reason why they do things to begin with. Highfliers have a feeling that there motor should run continuously. However, the highfliers who act on their drive, with logic, are often the most powerful ones. Essentially, those who know “when to stand their ground” are the people who sustain success and do not burn out.

Highfliers tend to establish and maintain relationships. However, there are always deadlines and plans to a lot of things, because some sort of schedule would allow them to have a sense of control. However, they tend to align themselves with other highfliers and require little motivation. People who are highfliers demand more work because they demand more opportunities for success. They demand competition because they never want to feel complacent. Sleep is not as important, and efficiency is king. Highfliers will always keep on moving to the next thing, perfecting their current portfolio of goals, and learn from the past. But the best Highfliers also know when to take it down a notch.
