My Advice: Find happiness and gratitude . That’s different for everyone but be maniacally focused in prioritizing elements of life that you know, when we reach our inevitability, that you have no regrets. Happiness for me comes from intentionally spending quality time with my family. Find joy in everyday moments. Play a sport or dance like no one is watching. Don't focus on some distant ideal; appreciate the time you have now.
Use your time to build a supportive and loving environment. Forgive past conflicts and make a conscious effort to be present. Be kind and patient. Build your life around family connections, because those relationships are where you'll find lasting happiness. I personally lost my mother tragically, but what I learned from that is that the one thing you can control is your attitude. And being a good human being is a choice. And if you are lucky, marry your best friend.
What I have come to be aware of is that my family fuels my drive. My wife, my unwavering hero and best friend, exemplifies strength and love. My children, my guiding stars, illuminate my path. I'm deeply grateful for my parents' sacrifices, their foundation shaping who I am. Their collective support and love are my constant inspiration, reminding me of the power of family bonds. My goals? That we continue to solve big questions with solutions that make the world a better place.
