  • Bar at should start at hip level.
  • Shoulders shall be locked back. 
  • Your back is arched, NOT ROUNDED.
  • Slightly bend your knees. 
  • At this point, check yourself in the mirror for you are now going to start.
  • Push your butt backward, naturally have the bar lowered.
  • Bar should remain very close to your body. 
  • Head and chin should maintain straight. 
  • Shoulder should maintained locked back. 
  • Hamstrings should be below the knee, then catapult up. 
  • When you catapult up, drive and thrust those hips upward, contracting your muscles.
  • Then repeat.
