  • It truly targets smaller "accessory" muscles, so do embrace this workout as part of your routine.
  • ​Enjoy your variations and mix it up. Just do it safely. 
  • Understand the high power implications. 
  • Understand that the muscle endurance in this workout will help you with other compound workouts. 
  • Understand that it is a full body workout, and it's more of a performance workout than it is a sculpting one.
