  • First, know that it requires advance progression.
  • Start the swinging mechanics with your body-weight.
  • Work on the hip mechanics.
  • Work on swing mechanics.
  • Know that the Kettle Bell Swing will help allow you to increase numbers in your other workouts, i.e. deadlifting.
  • Squeeze and contract muscles on the way up, destressing on the way down. 
  • Once you feel comfortable with your body weight, move with kettlebells.
