  • Feet on average should be 9 to 12 inches from the kettlebell, where your toes are pointed out. 
  • The key is to align your toes as well. 
  • Your hips should follow as you butt is being pushed back 
  • Shoulders should be driven away - around the earmark
  • Lats and your glutes should be contracting. 
  • Neck should maintain straight. 
  • On the way up your eyes, should be looking straight. 
  • On the way down, your eyes should be looking down. 
  • Use your hip thrust momentum to drive the kettle-bell up.
