Final Recommendations and Takeaway:
1. We believe pomegranates are one the best fruits to incorporate in your diet. Relative to other fruits, they have a moderate level of sugar, which does not increase glucose/insulin to high levels. The dietary fibers relative to sugars are 1:3, but it still tells a promising story.
2. We are all recommended to include a minimum of four servings of fruits to our diet. We believe that pomegranates, due to its nutritional integrity, should be included as one of those servings regularly.
3. Again, over consumption of anything is not good. To help optimize your health, we strongly recommend eating fruits. But there are a lot of fruits with high sugar contents, which although are natural, can pose complications.  Therefore, if you are looking for a high concentration of benefits with low sugar levels, pomegranate is a healthy option.
