My name is Gregory Schipilliti Cid, but I really go by Goyo. In actuality, growing up, my nickname was Goyito, but being called "little Greg" in the workplace was a little unorthodox even fore me. In the spirit of being authentic and transparent, I was actually not going to submit my bio. And in my attempt to be guileless, it is actually my eldest daughter telling me, in her colloquy, “papi you should submit something like this, like it sounds pretty like, cool”. She then smiled, and then I began to write this in my pad, and now looks like I have a profile.

I am a simple man whose parents (Spanish Mom and Argentine Father) had the foresight to have all their children in the US. My mom was born and raised in Franco's Spain, and my father's family escaped Mussolini's Italy to Argentina. I grew up and was raised in both the farmland regions of Madrid and the suburbs of New Jersey. But in my last year of high school, and on the verge of moving back to Spain, I met my now wife and the mother of my three children; so naturally, I stayed in the US.

So what I will do is make this my one stop shop of things I know, don't know, and believe in. For LinkedIn profile, you can just click on one of the pictures. But always surrounded by my key three missions in life:
  1. Be a loving, thoughtful, and present husband and father, while creating the foundation to create generational homes - For that you can visit the Family page.
  2. Elevate Financial Wellness for as much as Humanity as I can reach - For that you can visit the Biz Blog.
  3. Advance and Progress the Latino and Hispanic Community (you pick any progressive KPI, I would want to 3x it) - For that you can visit the Leadership Blog.

Is this a reference point, that is not for me to answer. This is just an attempt to layout my journey and thoughts. I value transparency, open dialogue, constructive feedback and collaborative problem-solving. I really try to build resilient and adaptable solutions, where innovation and efficiency coexist.

Let us make the world a better place when we leave it vs. when we came into it.
